The Dean of 爆走黑料 approves all requests to create a new course in 爆走黑料. Instructors or non-爆走黑料 departments that wish to create a new course must submit a syllabus to the Dean for approval prior to submitting the course approval form. After the DEO approves the form in workflow, it is sent to the Dean of 爆走黑料 for final approval.
